The short version

Withivo helps adults in the United Kingdom turn free time into real-world plans with other people. It is not a dating app. Be respectful, stay safe, and only use the service if you agree to these terms.

Who can use Withivo

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must use accurate information and only one personal account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

What Withivo is

We provide tools to share availability, discover people and events nearby, and message after mutual interest. We do not guarantee matches, friendships, event quality, or that anyone will reply. Plans you make are between you and other members.

Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, scam, or sexually pressure anyone.
• Share illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent who you are in a harmful way.
• Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Use Withivo for commercial solicitation without our written permission.

We may warn, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules or put others at risk. Serious cases may be reported to authorities.

Safety

Meet in public places for first hangouts. Tell a friend where you are going. Trust your judgement — if something feels wrong, leave. Withivo is a tool; it cannot replace common sense. Report and block tools are there for a reason; use them.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your profile text and messages. You give us a licence to host, display, and process that content so the service can work. Do not post anything you are not comfortable sharing with people you may meet.

Availability and changes

Early UK access may be free. Features can change. We may pause or stop parts of the service for maintenance or product reasons. We will try to give notice for major interruptions when practical.

Disclaimers

Withivo is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by UK law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed plans, or interactions between members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Profile at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. After deletion, some limited records may remain where the law or safety requires it — see our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers keep any mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
